Nov 23 No Class: Thanksgiving Extra Credit is to be posted to your blog and emailed to me (title: EXTRA CREDIT). Send papers as PDFs, send links to blog posts/ videos. Extra credit will be worth a max of 5pts and applied to missing homework assignments

Watch episode 1 of John Berger’s Ways of Seeing and episode 1 of Lorna Mills Ways of Something
Research Lorna Mills’ project and write 1 page response paper

 

Extra Credit:
See Yayoi Kusama’s Love is Calling at the Tampa Museum, research the artist and write a 1 page paper on the experience.

 

Extra Credit:
Watch an episode of Century of Self, All Watched over by Machines of Loving Grace, or HyperNormalisation (warning: some parts are very graphic) by Adam Curtis . Write a 1 page response paper.
Extra Credit:
Mini project –
create an installation or performance using the tools and techniques discussed in the class. This is a chance for you to experiment and have fun! Document it well with video/ photos and submit the documentation
